76-15-208. Unlawful failure to have a high explosive box or package match an enclosed high explosive wrapper.
(1) Terms defined in Sections,, andapply to this section. 76-1-101.5 76-15-101 76-15-201
(2) An actor commits unlawful failure to have a high explosive box or package match an enclosed high explosive wrapper if: the actor puts a giant, hercules, atlas, venture, or other explosive containing nitroglycerin inside a box or package; and the name and date on the box or package do not match the name and date on the wrapper containing the high explosive.
(3) A violation of Subsectionis a class A misdemeanor. (2)
