76-16-210. Embezzlement, abstraction, or misapplication of corporate or association funds.

(2) An actor commits unlawful embezzlement, abstraction, or misapplication of corporate or association funds if the actor: is: a director, officer, agent, or member of a corporation or association; or a person who aids or abets a person described in Subsection (2)(a)(i); and embezzles, abstracts, or willfully misapplies money, funds, or credits of the corporation or association.
