76-18-205. Unlawful alteration or removal of a controlled substance label.

(2) An actor commits unlawful alteration or removal of a controlled substance label if: the actor: alters the face of a label on a container containing a controlled substance; or removes a label on a container containing a controlled substance; and any of the original contents of the container described in Subsectionremain.
