76-5-416.4. Unlawful kissing of a minor.
(1) As used in this section, "minor" means an individual who is 14 years old or older but younger than 18 years old. Terms defined in Sectionapply to this section. 76-1-101.5
(2) An actor commits unlawful kissing of a minor if the actor: intentionally or knowingly: kisses a minor on the minor's mouth; and penetrates the minor's mouth with the actor's tongue; and is older than the minor by 10 years or more.
(3) A violation of Subsection (2) is a class A misdemeanor.
(4) Any penetration, however slight, of the mouth of the minor by the actor's tongue is sufficient to constitute a violation of this section.
