76-5c-210. Distributing or purchasing a child sex doll.
(1) As used in this section: "Child sex doll" means the same as that term is defined in Section. 76-5c-209 "Distribute" means to sell, or with or without consideration, offer to sell, advertise, provide, ship, deliver for shipment, offer to deliver for shipment, or transfer. (2) An actor commits distributing or purchasing a child sex doll if the actor knowingly, intentionally, or recklessly distributes, purchases, or offers to purchase a child sex doll.
(3) A violation of Subsectionis a third degree felony, with a mandatory fine of not less than $10,000. (2)
