76-6-1101. Definitions.
(1) As used in this part: "Personal identifying information" may include: name; birth date; address; telephone number; driver license number; social security number; place of employment; employee identification numbers or other personal identification numbers; mother's maiden name; electronic identification numbers; electronic signatures under; Title 46, Chapter 4, Uniform Electronic Transactions Act any other numbers or information that can be used to access a person's financial resources or medical information, except for numbers or information that can be prosecuted as financial transaction card offenses under Sections,,, and; or 76-6-506 76-6-506.2 76-6-506.3 76-6-506.6 a photograph or any other realistic likeness. "Restitution" means the same as that term is defined in Section. 77-38b-102
