76-6-705. Reporting violations.
(1) Each person who has reason to believe that a provision of Section,,,, oris being or has been violated shall report the suspected violation to: 76-6-703 76-6-703.3 76-6-703.5 76-6-703.7 76-12-205 the attorney general, or county attorney, or, if within a prosecution district, the district attorney of the county or prosecution district in which part or all of the violation occurred; or a state or local law enforcement agency.
