76-7-107. Unlawfully solemnizing a marriage of a minor.
(1) As used in this section, "minor" means the same as that term is defined in Section. 76-7-103 Terms defined in Sectionapply to this section. 76-1-101.5
(2) An actor commits unlawfully solemnizing a marriage of a minor if: the actor knowingly, with or without a license, solemnizes the marriage of a minor; and the marriage described in Subsectiondoes not meet the requirements described in Sectionfor the minor to enter into the marriage; or (2)(a)(i) 81-2-304 without a written authorization from a juvenile court, the actor solemnizes a marriage to which a party is a minor.
(3) A violation of Subsectionis a third degree felony. (2)
