76-9-103. Disrupting a meeting or procession.
(1) Terms defined in Sectionapply to this section. 76-1-101.5
(2) An actor commits disrupting a meeting or procession if the actor: obstructs or interferes with a lawful meeting, procession, or gathering by physical action, verbal utterance, or any other means; and intends the obstruction or disruption described in Subsectionto prevent or disrupt the meeting, procession, or gathering.
