76-9-1103. Permitting a minor to use a tobacco product, electronic cigarette product, or nicotine product in a place of business.

(2) An actor commits permitting a minor to use a tobacco product, electronic cigarette product, or nicotine product in a place of business if the actor: is a proprietor of a place of business; and knowingly permits an individual under 21 years old to frequent the actor's place of business while the individual is using a tobacco product, an electronic cigarette product, or a nicotine product.
(3) A violation of Subsectionis a class C misdemeanor. (2)
