76-9-1302. Creating, supporting, or retaining a nuisance.

(2) An actor commits creating, supporting, or retaining a nuisance if the actor: is an owner, agent, or occupant; and creates, aids in creating, or contributes to a nuisance; or supports, continues, or retains a nuisance.
