77-20-205.5. Financial condition schedule.
(1) For a felony, the default amount for a financial condition is: $25,000 for a first degree felony with a minimum mandatory sentence; $20,000 for a first degree felony without a minimum mandatory sentence; $10,000 for a second degree felony; and $5,000 for a third degree felony.
(2) For a misdemeanor or infraction other than a local ordinance, the default amount for a financial condition is: $2,000 for a class A misdemeanor; $700 for a class B misdemeanor; $350 for a class C misdemeanor; and $130 for an infraction.
(3) For a violation of a local ordinance, the default amount for a financial condition is: $150 for a class B violation; $80 for a class C violation; and $25 for an infraction.
