To obtain identifying information for an electronic device identified pursuant to a warrant concerning reverse-location information or reverse-keyword information obtained under Section,,, or, a law enforcement agency shall establish in the sworn warrant application probable cause to believe that the electronic device was used or otherwise implicated in a crime.
