77-27-32. Reporting requirements.
(1) The board shall publicly display metrics on the board's website, including: a measure of recidivism; a measure of time under board jurisdiction; a measure of prison releases by category; a measure of parole revocations; a measure of alignment of board decisions with the adult sentencing and supervision length guidelines, as defined in Section; and 75E-4-101 a measure of the aggregate reasons for departing from the guidelines described in Subsection. (1)(e)
(2) On or before November 1 of each year, the board shall submit the metrics described in Subsectionto the Department of Criminal Justice. (1)
