78A-10a-304. Procedure -- Staff.
(1) Four commissioners are a quorum.
(2) The Department of Criminal Justice created in Sectionshall administer and staff the commission. 75E-2-102
(3) The commissioner of the Department of Criminal Justice shall: ensure that the commission follows the rules made by the Department of Criminal Justice under Section; and 75E-2-209 resolve any questions regarding the rules described in Subsection. (3)(a)
(4) A commissioner who is a licensed attorney may recuse oneself if there is a conflict of interest that makes the commissioner unable to serve.
