78A-11-114. Annual reporting requirement to Legislature.
(1) Before November 1 of each year, the commission shall report to the Judiciary Interim Committee on the following matters from the previous fiscal year: the number of complaints received; the number of complaints resolved; a brief description of each of the commission's informal resolutions; a brief description of each final order issued by the Supreme Court under Subsection; and 78A-11-105(1) the publication of an annual report of commission activities.
(2) The commission may not include any personal identifying information regarding a judge in a report described in Subsection, except for information that is available in a final order issued by the Supreme Court under Subsection. (1) 78A-11-105(1)
