78A-6-358. Period of effect for a judgment, decree, or order by a juvenile court.
(1) A judgment, order, or decree of the juvenile court is no longer in effect after a minor is 21 years old, except: for an order of commitment to the Utah State Developmental Center or to the custody of the Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health; for an adoption under Subsectionor (xv); 78A-6-103(2)(a)(xiv) for an order permanently terminating the rights of a parent, guardian, or custodian under; Title 80, Chapter 4, Termination and Restoration of Parental Rights for a permanent order of custody and guardianship under Subsection; 80-3-405(2)(d) an order establishing parentage under Subsection; and 78A-6-104(1)(a)(i) as provided in Subsection. (2)
(2) If the juvenile court enters a judgment or order for a minor for whom the juvenile court has extended continuing jurisdiction over the minor's case until the minor is 25 years old under Section, the juvenile court's judgment or order is no longer in effect after the minor is 25 years old. 80-6-605
