78A-6-452. Costs and expenses of trial.
(1) Except as provided in Subsection, the state shall pay, when approved by the court, the cost of publication of a summons, the expense of a trial, and any other fee or expense of a trial of an adult under this part. (2)
(2) The county where the hearing or trial is held shall pay the prosecution costs and public defender costs.
