78B-3-428. Breach of duty for deviating from established practices.
(1) A health care provider does not breach the duty of care the health care provider owes to a patient: to the extent any alleged breach is based on actions related to the health care provider's deviation from medical norms or established practices; and if the conditions described in Subsectionhave been met. 58-1-501(5)
(2) A health care facility is not vicariously liable for an action or claim described in Subsectionif the conditions described in Subsectionhave been met. (1)(a) 58-1-501(5)
