78B-7-508. Penalties.
(1) A violation of a protective order issued under this part is a class A misdemeanor.
(2) A petitioner may be subject to criminal prosecution under, for knowingly falsifying any statement or information provided for the purpose of obtaining a protective order. Title 76, Chapter 8, Part 5, Falsification in Official Matters
