78B-7-901. Definitions.
As used in this part:
(1) "Conviction" means: a verdict or conviction; a plea of guilty or guilty with a mental condition; a plea of no contest; or the acceptance by the court of a plea in abeyance.
(2) "Immediate family" means the same as that term is defined in Section. 76-5-106.5
