79-1-103. Coordination council.
(1) There is created a coordination council that consists of: the executive director of the department; the executive director of the Department of Environmental Quality; the commissioner of the Department of Agriculture and Food; the advisor of the Public Lands Policy Coordinating Office; and the director of the Office of Energy Development.
(2) The coordination council shall: rotate the position of chair among the members; and meet at least monthly.
(3) The coordination council shall discuss methods to enhance the coordination of regulation and services of the five entities.
