79-4-102. Definitions.
As used in this chapter:
(1) "Division" means the Division of State Parks.
(2) "Facility" means the same as that term is defined in Section. 51-9-901
(3) "Outdoor recreation infrastructure" means the same as that term is defined in Section. 51-9-901
