80-5-207. Restitution by a minor committed to the division.
(1) The division shall make reasonable efforts to ensure that restitution is made to the victim of a minor who is committed to the division. Except as provided in Subsection, restitution shall be made through the employment of minors in work programs. (1)(c) Reimbursement to the victim of a minor is conditional upon the minor's involvement in the work program.
(2) The division shall notify the juvenile court of all restitution paid to victims through the employment of a minor, who is committed to the division, in a work program.
