80-6-501. Definitions.
As used in this part:
(1) "Minor" means: an individual: who is at least 18 years old and younger than 25 years old; and whose case is under the jurisdiction of the juvenile court; or an individual: who is younger than 21 years old; who is charged with, or convicted of, an offense under Sectionor; and 80-6-502 80-6-503 whose case is under the jurisdiction of the district court.
(2) "Qualifying offense" means an offense described in Section. 80-6-503
(3) "Separate offense" means any offense that is not a qualifying offense.
