80-6-801. Commitment to local mental health authority or Utah State Developmental Center.
(1) If a child is committed by the juvenile court to the physical custody, as defined in Section, of a local mental health authority, or the local mental health authority's designee,, shall govern the commitment and release of the minor. 26B-5-401 Title 26B, Chapter 5, Part 4, Commitment of Persons Under Age 18
