9-20-203. Commission chair and vice chair duties.
(1) The chair shall: preside at meetings of the commission; and authorize and execute the actions of the commission.
(2) The vice chair shall: assist the chair; if the chair is absent, perform the duties of the chair; accept special assignments from the chair; and perform other duties as delegated by the commission.
