53F-6-416. Students with special needs.
The program manager shall coordinate with the program manager of the Carson Smith Opportunity Scholarship Program created in Section 53E-7-402 and the Carson Smith Scholarship Program created in Section 53F-4-302 to ensure that a student is not receiving duplicate benefits.
