§ 10402. Lending reports, disclosures, and standards
Any person licensed, chartered, or otherwise authorized, or required to be licensed, chartered, or otherwise authorized, under Part 2, 4, or 5 of this title shall be subject to and comply with the provisions of 9 V.S.A. chapter 4 (interest).
