§ 4007. Designated office and agent
A limited liability company and a foreign limited liability company authorized to do business in this State shall designate and continuously maintain:
(1) a designated office for notification purposes, which may but need not be a place of its business, and may but need not be located in this State; and
(2) an agent for service of process pursuant to section 1655 of this title. (Added 2015, No. 17, § 2; amended 2025, No. 10, § 7, eff. July 1, 2025.)
