§ 1235. Effective date—Article III
This compact shall become effective when a bill of the New Hampshire General Court that incorporates the compact becomes a law in New Hampshire and when it is approved by the U.S. Congress. (Added 1995, No. 37, § 1; amended 2019, No. 14, § 29, eff. April 30, 2019.)
