§ 1509. Amendments to the Compact—Article IX
This compact may be amended by a vote of two-thirds of the members of the Commission present and voting when ratified by the legislatures of two-thirds of the party states. (Added 2025, No. 160 (Adj. Sess.), § 2, eff. July 1, 2026.)
