§ 2494q. Prohibition of certain class B firefighting foam [Effective January 1, 2026]
A person, municipality, or State agency shall not discharge or otherwise use for training or testing purposes class B firefighting foam that contains intentionally added PFAS. (Added 2023, No. 131 (Adj. Sess.), § 6, eff. January 1, 2026.)
