§ 604. Time of holding
(a) The annual meeting shall be warned and held as specified in 17 V.S.A. § 2680.
(b) The election of officers and the voting on all questions to be decided, including the budget, by Australian ballot or voting required by law to be by ballot shall take place on the day specified in 17 V.S.A. § 2680, which may from time to time be amended. The ballot boxes or voting machines shall be open for a minimum of nine consecutive hours between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. as shall be determined and warned by the Selectboard.
