§ 802. Penalty
An additional charge of eight percent shall be added to any tax not paid on or before the dates specified in section 801 of this charter, and interest as authorized by the Vermont Statutes Annotated. (Amended 2025, No. M-6 (Adj. Sess.), § 2, eff. Mar. 16, 2026.)
