§ 51. Zoning Officer; appointment
The Town Zoning Officer, the “administrative officer” as described in 24 V.S.A. § 4448, shall be appointed by the Selectboard and shall serve in that office for three years and until a successor is appointed and qualified. The Zoning Officer may serve two or more successive three-year terms. (Added 2023, No. M-14, § 2, eff. July 1, 2023.)
