§ 2985. Transactions outside Vermont
Any transaction between a producer and a handler relating to milk or dairy products produced in Vermont is subject to the operation of this chapter whether a contract or sale is set forth or claimed to be entered into, or to have been entered into, outside Vermont. (Added 1965, No. 175, § 65.)
