§ 3167. Enforcement of money judgments; trustee process against earnings
Trustee process against earnings may not be used in connection with the enforcement of a money judgment in any civil action until the judgment becomes final, and then only in accordance with sections 3168-3171 of this title. (Added 1979, No. 67, § 2, eff. date, see note set out below.)
