§ 2213. Case management services
Each eligible household shall be assigned a case manager, except where specifically exempted for certain services, which may be from any Agency of Human Services department or a community partner. Case management services provided pursuant to this chapter shall be informed by the acuity level of the eligible household and include individualized supports that connect an eligible household to public assistance, health care, employment, permanent housing, and other services. A household may request, but is not guaranteed, a specific case manager or change in case manager. (Added 2025, No. 143 (Adj. Sess.), § 4, eff. July 1, 2026.)
