§ 669e. Cooperative efforts
An association approved for a grant under this subchapter shall act in a manner that is consistent with the efforts of the Vermont Department of Tourism and Marketing. A recipient association shall not deliberately and adversely affect the travel and tourism marketing efforts of another recipient association. (Added 1995, No. 46, § 38; amended 1995, No. 190 (Adj.
