§ 980. Authority to issue Transportation Infrastructure Bonds
The State Treasurer is authorized to issue Transportation Infrastructure Bonds pursuant to section 972 of this title for the purpose of funding future appropriations only as approved by the General Assembly. (Added 2009, No. 50, § 28.)
