Venue for actions.

Except as provided under federal or state law or in specific provisions of this chapter, every action arising under this chapter shall be tried in, and "the court" throughout this chapter refers to, the superior court:(1) In the county where the corporation's principal office in this state is located;(2) If the corporation has no principal office in this state, in the county where the corporation's registered agent in this state is located;(3) Of King county; or(4) Of Thurston county.[ 2021 c 176 s 1105.]Notes:Effective date—2021 c 176: See note following RCW 24.03A.005.
