Procedure and effect of administrative dissolution.

(1) Administrative dissolution does not terminate, bar, or otherwise modify any claim against the administratively dissolved corporation.(2) A person is not liable in contract, tort, or otherwise solely by reason of being a director, officer, or member of a nonprofit corporation that was dissolved under RCW 24.03A.928 through 24.03A.942, with respect to the activities or affairs of the corporation that have been continued, without knowledge of the dissolution.[ 2021 c 176 s 3602.]Notes:Effective date—2021 c 176: See note following RCW 24.03A.005.
