Proof of certain support and parentage establishment costs.

In all actions brought under this chapter or chapter 26.26A RCW, bills for pregnancy, childbirth, and genetic testing shall:(1) Be admissible as evidence without requiring third-party foundation testimony; and(2) Constitute prima facie evidence of amounts incurred for such services or for testing on behalf of the child.[ 2019 c 46 s 5031; 1997 c 58 s 939.
