The Washington association of sheriffs and police chiefs may adopt policies and procedures for the administration of the 24/7 sobriety program to:(1) Provide for procedures and apparatus for testing;(2) Establish fees and costs for participation in the program to be paid by the participants;(3) Require the submission of reports and information by law enforcement agencies within this state.[ 2013 2nd sp.s. c 35 s 29.]
