Bid notification to state recycled content requirements.

A notification regarding a state or local government's intent to procure products with recycled content must be prominently displayed in the procurement solicitation or invitation to bid including:(1) A description of the postconsumer waste content or recycled content requirements; and(2) A description of the agency's recycled content preference program.[ 1991 c 297 s 11.]
