Powers and duties—Reclamation.

The department of ecology shall exercise all the powers and perform all the duties prescribed by law with respect to the reclamation and development of arid, swamp, overflow, and logged-off lands in the state and such other duties as may be prescribed by law.[ 1987 c 109 s 26; 1965 c 8 s 43.21.110.
