Steam electric generating plant—Signatures on bonds.

All revenue bonds, including refunding revenue bonds, shall be signed by the governor and the state auditor under the seal of the state, one of which signatures shall be made manually and the other signature may be in printed facsimile, and any coupons may have printed or lithographic facsimile of the signatures of such officers.[ 1965 c 8 s 43.21.380.
