Formation of community facilities districts exempt from this chapter.

The formation of a community facilities district under chapter 36.145 RCW is exempted from compliance with this chapter, unless such formation constitutes a final agency decision to undertake construction of a structure or facility not otherwise exempt under state law or rule.[ 2019 c 260 s 2.]
