Exempt projects—Environmental checklist not required.

Any applicant whose project qualifies as exempt or categorically exempt under either this chapter or under rules adopted pursuant to this chapter is not required to file an environmental checklist if other information is available to establish that a project qualifies for an exemption.[ 2022 c 246 s 6.]
